Driving Directions
We are located at 965 Sumner Avenue in Whitehall, just minutes from Route 22 and easily accessible from anywhere in the Lehigh Valley. When using GPS or mapping services, enter "Allentown, PA 18102" instead of Whitehall for the most accurate route to our facility.
From Route 22 (East or West)
- Take the 7th Street SOUTH exit, heading into Center City Allentown.
- Continue straight off the exit ramp, past Home Depot.
- Turn RIGHT onto Greenleaf Street.
- Continue to the first stop sign at 8th Street and turn RIGHT.
- Proceed downhill to Sumner Avenue and turn LEFT.
- Our facility is 1.5 blocks down on the right side.
From Tilghman Street (Heading East)
- Make a LEFT turn onto 15th Street at the stoplight.
- Continue to the next stoplight at Sumner Avenue.
- Make a RIGHT turn onto Sumner Avenue.
- Our shop is approximately 5 blocks down on the left side.

Cannot make it to the shop right away? You can email us photos of the damage and we will provide a preliminary estimate remotely. This is a convenient way to get started on your repair before bringing your vehicle in for a full in-person assessment.
How to Submit a Photo Estimate
Follow these steps to send us your photo estimate request.
- Email your photos to george@reliableautobody.com with the subject line "Estimate".
- Include your vehicle identification number (VIN), your name, phone number, and the best way to reach you.
- Attach clear photos of the damage from six angles: front, rear, both sides, and close-up shots of all damaged areas. The more detail you provide, the more accurate our preliminary estimate will be.
- Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to review the photos and respond with an estimate. We will follow up by phone or email to discuss the next steps.
Please note: Photo estimates are not available for vehicles insured through State Farm or Erie Insurance. If you carry one of these policies, please contact us to schedule an in-person estimate at our facility.
